About Ashanti

Hi, my name is Ashanti, and I'm 22. I'm oldest of nine, and developed a nurturing role early, caring for my siblings and cousins. "The designated babysitter", I loved it, leading me to pursue it professionally. I worked in a daycare my sophomore year, later expanding my experience babysitting for families in Maryland. 2023, I began nannying through Care. com, strengthening my skills, connecting with more families. I recently moved to Las Vegas and am excited to continue what I love while advancing my career in childcare. What started as a responsibility grew into a passion. I love working with kids, assisting them through developmental, and creating an environment they can thrive in. I understand the challenges parents face and the importance of a strong support system, "it takes a village". My services include full-time and part-time care, light housekeeping, homework help, and meal prep as needed. I'm committed to being flexible to meet the needs of all families I work with.
