Ashanti is a 22-year-old Direct Support Professional with over seven years of experience providing compassionate care to individuals with disabilities and seniors. Starting at the age of 15, I took on the responsibility of caring for my grandmother, who has diabetes, developing a deep understanding of the unique needs of older adults. Currently, I work with adults with disabilities, offering personalized support and assistance in daily activities, medication management, and more. I enjoy caring for seniors because it gives me the opportunity to make a positive impact on their lives, helping them maintain dignity and independence.
