About Asanti

I'd describe my personality as fun, adventurous, & bubbly. I'm always learning new things. I started working with kids when I graduated high school. At this non profit I helped prep lunches, small housekeeping for the building, gave water and bathroom breaks, and helped with homework. In my spare time, I like to read, bake, walk my dog, & binge watch Netflix documentaries. I love a pretty simple & structured life. I'm on schedules & most days I know exactly what I'll be doing all of the day. I also love math & I will try to incorporate math or educational programs into our time. My skills include homework help, the fact that I am a registered behavior technician is also a handy skill, & my ability to speak to children and understand their needs. Safety is always first, I'm vaccinated as well as CPR certified for infants, children & adults, I believe my background helps me understand the needs of a young child as well as different learning methods for different children.
