Arrielle was hired as a caregiver for my Six month old (Tues, Thurs, and Fri) as I was returning to work from my maternity leave. The first two weeks were great, she was on time and very nice to my baby. The third and final week, Arrielle was under the weather. While health is very important, proper communication or notification could've allowed us to make other arrangements in a timely manner instead of last minute scrambling. Very nice though, my baby was comfortable with her.
