Encouraging physical activity and mental stimulation, such as walking or playing games, promotes overall well-being. Assisting with technology to help them stay connected with loved ones. Be patient and respectful, allowing them to maintain their independence while offering support when needed. Small acts of kindness can greatly improve a senior's quality of life.
