About Arlissa

Hello! My name is Arlissa. I'm a nurturing and experienced caregiver with a passion for supporting children's growth and development. With over six years of experience caring for children of all ages, I have the knowledge and skills to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. I believe in fostering a child's natural curiosity and creativity through play, and I'm always looking for new and engaging ways to help them learn and grow. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and following the parents' lead, and I prioritize open communication with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise. In my free time, I enjoy playing sports, board games, and educational games with children. I also have a background in early childhood education, including coursework in child development and early childhood development. I am graduating in May 2025 with my bachelors. I'm also certified in First Aid and CPR, and I'm a Certified Medical Assistant.
