What can I say? Whoever is seeing this should hire Arlin NOW lol We had Arlin for the night shift from 11pm - 8am for 6 days a week for 4 months for our then 3 month old. It was our first experience using the Care.com website and it was terrific! To start, she is super punctual and always on time. Arlin is great at communication and someone you definitely feel has the experience to back it up. Some nights with the baby were rough, but when we saw her in the morning it was always with a smile, always put together and you never felt any “worry”, which really reassured our family of her abilities. Any instruction we had, she never questioned and implemented it right away. It’s too bad we couldn’t have her longer, but the time we did have with her will be super memorable. Any person looking for childcare will be lucky to have her!
