I recently began a job at a company working with adults with developmental disabilities and I have absolutely loved it! Unfortunately, I am moving back to Kansas from Idaho and will not be able to continue my career with my current employer. I would love to be able to do similar work in Kansas. I have experience with one on one care as well as with multiple adults at a time. I have cared for clients with physical needs, such as those who have a g-tube or need help going to the bathroom, bathing, etc. I have worked with adults who have ADHD, autism, and other diagnoses. I am a quick learner and love to do research, so if working with someone whose needs don't fall under what I have experienced, I will do my part to learn and work to understand what I need to do to best help that person.
