About Arlette

Hello my name is Arlette! I am an El Paso native and I obtain a BS in biomedical science's from UTEP! Growing up I have always had a special place in my heart for children. I have been working with kids for the past 7 years and I have enjoyed every moment of it! I truly love working with young kids, and I approach each child as an individual who I get to help grow and teach. As a patient and caring childcare provider, I strive to make a positive impact on the lives of children. I'm comfortable caring for up to 3 children of all ages and enjoy playing a variety of games. Communication is key, so I provide updates to parents via their preferred method and follow their lead to enforce household rules. My college degree and experience over the years demonstrate my commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment. Whether it's carpooling or light housekeeping, I'm happy to help.
