Hi I'm Arlenn, I've worked in childcare for 4+ years. Previously was a Behavioral Therapist and worked with children on the spectrum/provided mental health care services. More recently last year April and this year late January, I was a nanny for a wonderful family but due to kiddo growing up they decided to take the day care route which leads me here. :) I'm an online Psychology student with a minor in Business.
