Arlene joined our family 2.5 years ago when my mother was in the mid-stage of dementia. She quickly became not just a care giver but also a friend. She served the role of house manager in addition to my mom's caregiver. She has an incredible passion for her caregiving role and it shows in how she approached my mother's care. As my mom progressed to having advanced dementia, Arlene continued to tweak her approach to care. She knowledgeable, caring, honest, and helped support us as we went through the process of caring for my mother. I hope that any family going through this process is lucky enough to have someone as competent and passionate as Arlene. We will be forever grateful for finding Arlene and having her join our family to help care for our mother.
