Arlene was a godsend! What a lovely and caring spirit she has! I have a hip injury and needed to get my cat to a vet appointment....and I live on the third floor w/ no elevator. Arlene was so kind to my fur baby and made sure I was safe as I was heading down the stairs. She drove us to the appointment, and made sure I got safely home again. She's kind and energetic, and so full of life. I would 100% use her again.
