Arlen supported my family by driving our son, who was 6 years old at the time, to an appointment in Emeryville. We live in South Richmond. This was a weird job in that it was in the middle of the day and needed to take into account traffic times and it was during the pandemic. Arlen was super flexible with our crazy schedule. She was also really good with our son, patient and kind. The vehicle she used was always super clean. We would have continued with her but our schedules didn't match up.
