About Arika

I have recently graduated from Siena Heights University with a Bachelor or Science degree. I hope to begin medical school in the fall of 2016. I am currently very interested in Pediatrics. I ran Cross Country and Track & Field in college. I am an avid sports person. I have 2 cats of my own. I grew up with dogs, snakes, and birds. I am very pet friendly! I have done some volunteer work at Nature's Nursery Wildlife Rehabilitation. I've managed a junior pool in Toledo, Ohio for 3 years and have also acted as a nanny extensively for family and friends. I have worked as a library assistant, a swim instructor, a lifeguard, and am currently a medical scribe in an emergency room. I am also First Aid and CPR certified. My experience with children and my work experience has helped me to develop an immense work ethic laced with patience and diligence. One of my most rewarding jobs has been working with children in the pool. Watching a child grow as a swimmer and in character is truly amazing! I would love to get to know you and your family.
