Arielle was supposed to start on Tuesday 11/26 at 9am, but she called out at 8:50am citing that her mother had been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID. Understanding that, we pushed back her start date to Monday 12/2 at 9am, but Arielle did not show up and has stopped responding to all of our communication. Both times she put us in a bad situation as we had to scramble for child care and it was beyond inconvenient. We are still in shock that she has stopped communicating with us for no reason.
