About Ariella

I am a patient, calm, and creative childcare provider with over a decade of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens and children with special needs. My passion for fostering children's growth and development as an RBT led me to this fulfilling career, and I strive to make a positive impact on the lives of the children I care for. I prioritize open and honest communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's day and promptly addressing any concerns. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, ensuring that the children in my care are safe and well-behaved while respecting the family's values. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including educational games that promote learning through play, as well as outdoor sports and physical games that encourage physical activity. I was a professional chef for over 9 years and am currently in the ABA field.
