About Ariella

Hi there! My name is Ariella and I've been working with kids for over 10 years. I have my bachelors degree in Elementary Special Education from Western Governors University and am saving up for student teaching so I can get my credential. In the past, I've worked as a registered behavior therapist, practicing ABA therapy children ages 6 to 12 who had an Autism diagnosis. I've also spent several years as both a babysitter and a nanny for children 16 months to 13 years old. Getting to help kids learn and thrive is so fulfilling for me. I'm a super playful person and never embarrassed to act silly. Spontaneous dance parties, board games, art projects, imaginary trips to the sea... I could go on and on. I love to have fun and kids pick up on that. I come from a house with four cats, a dog, and three birds so pets are no issue. Some of my special skills are programming and creative writing so if your kid(s) have an interest in either, then I'd be thrilled to pass on the knowledge!
