I'm known for my patient and calm demeanor, which complements my creative and imaginative approach to play and learning. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's day and promptly addressing any concerns that arise. I firmly believe in the importance of consistency and am very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care.
