we were so thrilled to have Arianna. she asked to push her start date a week to settle in as she had just moved from Arizona. we made that accommodation for her. she was present Monday and was great with our son. Tuesday morning she reported her BF had covid and she wouldn't be at work and was going to get tested. On the weekend I checked in with her and she began not to answer text. she told me she should be good to return Thursday (10days later). on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday I attempted to contact her via text and phone call to confirm her return. she has not responded.
