About Arianna

My care experience started in 2018 when I was a nanny. In 2019 I began working with adults with developmental disabilities in a day program setting, and respite care (in home). Here, I learned a how to help clients meet their goals and how to navigate difficult behaviors. After that, I did in home healthcare for seniors. I did this for two years. I cared for an elderly couple, helping them with daily living tasks, monitoring vitals, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. My most recent care experience was as a Registered Behavior Technician, where I implemented plans for ABA play based therapy under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This position was working with children in a day program setting. In all of these positions, my heart has led the way. I care for all of my clients as if they were my own family. I believe that this delivers a high quality of care.
