Arianna began caring for our son D when he was just a couple of months old. She was our backup nanny at the time, and after a few months, we liked her so much that we hired her as our full-time nanny. She is very prompt (almost always 5-10min early), reliable, trustworthy, and most of all very good with our son. Arianna will spend the majority of the day down on the floor with him, reading, showing him things, playing chase. When she gets her in the morning, he gets a big smile on his face. When he is napping, she prepares his food or cleans up after his last meal. She is a great resource for childcare knowledge and has been so nice to have at our home. We are moving across the country and wish we could take her with us. Whoever gets to work with her next is a very lucky person.
