About Arianna

Hello everyone! My name is Arianna, but you can call me Ari. I grew up in the Davenport area, getting taken care of by the local, kindhearted caregivers, and I want to have that same effect in someone else's life. I have been working with kids for 5 years now. I have two sisters, who are my besties, they are 6 and 8 years old. I try to be the space for children that gives them grace and a chance to express themselves while I listen and help when they need it. I love to work with kids because I feel as though I have a childlike, caring energy where I can relate to the child but also be respected due to my wisdom, resulting in an amazing relationship. I have a good read on personalities allowing me to get a good gauge on how to navigate communication, behavior management and compassion when it comes to kids.
