About Ariandra

I have an energetic, bubbly, and determined personality. I am a straightforward and strong communicator. I feel passionately that children are a gift and love the opportunity to teach and guide them as they grow and develop. I have about 7yrs of experience working with kids professionally. I have experience as a nanny, in daycares, but mostly in behavioral health. I have worked with many kids through the years from differing cultures, economic status, and varying family dynamics. I'm looking to work with a family(ies) that value routines, desire to work as a team, and walk in humility around the process of raising kids. I like to get outside, get creative, spend quality time with my husband, invest in meaningful friendships, read, and learn new skills. I would consider my top 3 strengths in child care to be thoughtful and intentional teaching, diligence in agreed upon goals, and the ability to identify the source of behaviors in order to redirect or reinforce.
