Ms. Ariana worked at Aldersgate Camp and Retreat Center in Brantingham, NY as Counselor Coordinator June-August 2013 and June-August 2014. She was directly under my supervision, as I was the Program Director. During both summers, Ariana managed the needs of 10-12 camp counselors and their campers. She trained the counselors in working with children, handled administrative tasks such as scheduling breaks and activities, facilitated programs with children ages 6-18, and managed crises involving child behavior. Ariana is compassionate, organized, responsible, and extremely dependable, and I highly recommend her for a position in your company.
