As a nurturing and responsible childcare provider with two years of experience, I've discovered my passion lies in supporting families and enriching the lives of children. My calm and friendly nature puts children at ease, allowing me to effectively communicate and build strong relationships with them and their parents. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, depending on their preference. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am confident and consistent in my approach. I find that children thrive in structured environments, and I gently guide them to follow the established rules while also teaching them the reasons behind them. Playing with children is one of the joys of being a caregiver, and I enjoy engaging them in board games, puzzles, and educational games that stimulate their minds.
