Hey there parents and guardians! I'm Ariana P, a junior at the University of Maryland studying criminology and human development. With 6 years of childcare experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth. My creative approach helps me connect with kids, and I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates throughout the day. I enforce household rules to maintain a safe, structured environment and offer a range of activities, from outdoor games to educational fun. I'm experienced with children of all ages and can care for up to three at a time. I'm also fluent in Spanish!
