About Ariana

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, creative and understanding. I like working with kids because it's very familiar to me since I started taking an interest in child care at a very young age, I think they're just wonderful and interesting, they always offer new perspectives, and lots of smiles. I started working with kids once my cousins and siblings were born, I was so excited to learn everything I could, even when I was still just a kid! I started babysitting as soon as I was old enough. I miss having kids around so much!! They're all grown up now. Autism and behavioral issues run in my family so I do have experience and understanding for kids who struggle more, neurodivergent kids have a special place in my heart, I strive to understand and connect with them, I myself am neurodivergent and I think that's also part of why I love connecting and working with them, it feels natural and so rewarding, reminds me of my family too.
