I have experience caring for those with special needs. I find it to be a life giving job as you help those with disabilities. I have experience caring for a child with Downs Syndrome and others with intellectual disabilities. I love teaching and helping the child grow and learn several things in their day to day life. I have worked alongside a speech therapist and helped the child grow in their vocabulary and expression. I am observant, energetic, responsible, and caring. I am CPR/ first aid certified. I have my own reliable transportation and I am comfortable with pets. I worked in the medical field for more than 8 years. I left to continue my education and and in the meantime work as a caregiver.
