About Ariana

I'd describe my personality as being spontaneous, goofy, and very sociable I love working with kids because it is something in very passionate about and it brings me a lot of joy. Personally I find working with children to be like natural dopamine. I worked at a overnight summer camp year round for the last 3 1/2 years. My experience from that and from nannying over the course of the last year has only made me appreciate my job so much more. I prioritize building connections and creating a safe and warm environment where children feel they can express themselves freely, all while still being held accountable respectfully for their actions. I'm looking for a job that works with my schedule as much as it does their schedule, that's something that will always be talked about once applied for. I started working with kids about 4 years ago almost. My skills include my patience, my communication, and my creativity
