I am a Medical Assistant in PHX, Arizona. I am BLS (CPR and AED) certified. I've always been passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children, which led me to pursue a career in childcare. With over a year of experience, I've discovered that I thrive in environments where I can make a positive impact on young lives and support families. I'm a patient and creative individual, which helps me connect with children and engage them in imaginative play and educational activities. When it comes to communicating with parents, I prioritize open and transparent dialogue. I provide regular updates on their child's day, either through verbal communication at pickup or via text or phone calls, depending on the parents' preferred method. I believe in fostering a collaborative relationship with parents to ensure the child's well-being and happiness. As for household rules, I am very comfortable enforcing them to create a safe and structured environment for the children in my care.
