About Aria

I'd describe my personality as joyful, adaptable and compassionate. I like caring for seniors because they are interesting and fun to be with, full of stories and wisdom and they deserve a great ending. I'm looking for a job that is a place to make a difference; bring comfort and a sense of security and well being. I love the collaborative aspect to working with families. I started caring for seniors when my great uncle was diagnosed with dementia and took care of him for a number of years then stepped out of it to work for many years in administration but returned to it 6 years ago. In my spare time, I like to be outside hiking, gardening, skiing and cooking/ baking. One thing you should know about me is that I will treat your family like it's my own, with the utmost respect and care. My skills include an ability to adapt to rapid changes, to have a lot of patience and be a great communicator. Letters of recommendation available upon request.
