I am originally from Grand Island, NY and moved to Texas back in 2018. My experience with children is not limited to the professional experience I have as a nanny. I have been babysitting since I was 13. Additionally, I have had some family experience with helping care for foster children which taught me a great deal about the foster care system, as well as caring for children with special needs. I am also a stay at home mother to 3 soon to be 4 of my own babies. As a caretaker there are some things that separate me apart from other candidates. First and foremost, my reliability is exceptional. I understand that a working parent needs a nanny to be punctual and reliable in order for them to be good employees as well. This is something I take very seriously. I love arts and crafts and baking (So do the children!). On a personal note, I love animals as well. I do not smoke and most of my social time is spent with close friends and family.

Aren Shanor has one of the biggest hearts of any person I know. She is very responsible, ambitious, caring, and a very productive person. She gives 100% to everything she does and does not back down or shy away from hard work. She has suffered many tragedies in her life and still finds the good in people and situations. I think that any challenge she may face, she will overcome it just by sheer determination. I highly recommend her.
