Stop looking and hire Aren now! I have so much to say about Aren’s amazing-ness, but to summarize, she was amazing with our kids (1.5 yo twins and 7 year old - they all loved her), she cleaned up and did laundry even when I didn’t ask/expect her to, and kept our tiny space organized the whole trip. I actually thought about how I could bring her home with us. From day 1 I felt so comfortable leaving and we ended up hiring her additional days because it was such a relief having someone so reliable
