I'm a creative and patient childcare provider with a passion for helping children grow and learn. I'm motivated by the desire to make a positive impact on their lives and support families in need of reliable childcare. My friendly and approachable demeanor allows me to build strong relationships with the children in my care and their parents. In terms of communication, I believe in keeping parents regularly updated on their child's day through written daily reports and text or phone updates. I'm also flexible and accommodate parents' preferred communication methods. With regards to household rules, I'm very comfortable enforcing them to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children. I have one year of experience caring for children and am comfortable caring for one child at a time. I hold a graduate degree, and I'm certified in First Aid and CPR. I'm also fluent in both English and Spanish.
