About Ardena

I am a Certified Home Care Aide and have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 6 years, with a specialty in providing therapeutic massage for older adults. My passion for helping seniors began when I worked in home care, where I saw firsthand the benefits that massage can provide for the elderly. I'm equipped to provide therapeutic massage to clients in a variety of settings to ensure they can receive the care they need in the most comfortable environment. I can bring a massage table, or for clients who have limited mobility or difficulty getting on and off a traditional massage table, I'm able to adapt my techniques to deliver the same beneficial massage while they remain seated in their wheelchair or in their medical bed. I use light pressure and using my specialized training and techniques, I can access deeper layers of muscle and tissue without using much pressure. This means you'll feel amazing during AND after your massage therapy session.
