Hello, My name is Ardena, and I am a 22/year-old caregiver. I am hoping to work with children, teens and adults of all different needs. I have worked in a care setting with 7 families for the past 5 years. **Currently, I am a available for Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, as I am employed part time in an office, but beginning in June 2017 would be available for Full Time work. For the past 4 years I have worked in a variety of settings in care giving as a certified HCA. These have included my home (my brother has autism), and outside of my home with children and teens on the spectrum. Errands of all kinds, driving, household and scheduling logistics, and planning events a part of my life for a very long time now. I have learned to be organized about the tasks I must complete. Making a quick, effective decision is a task that I have fine-tuned quite well in my experience. I have a valid drivers license and my own car.
