About Arcadia

As a final-year Developmental Psychology PhD student, with a Masters and Bachelors degree in Psychology, my academic journey and personal passion have led me to become a dedicated childcare provider with 15 years of experience. My patient, creative, and friendly nature allows me to connect with children and foster their growth and development. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, using their preferred method, to ensure we're on the same page about their child's day and any issues that arise. While I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, I enjoy playing educational and interactive games like board games and puzzles to make learning fun. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, aged 2-15 and have completed Early Child Development coursework. I am also First Aid and CPR certified, and I'm willing to help with light housekeeping and travel.
