About Araiya

Hello Families, My name is Araiya, and I'm a 20-year-old caregiver with a high school diploma and some college coursework. For the past two years, I've been a paraprofessional with the NYC Department of Education. I've supported teachers and worked closely with kids aged 3-14, helping with classroom activities and providing one-on-one support. I love seeing kids learn and grow. Outside of the classroom, I have babysat for infants 0-11 months. I did also care for a toddler for three years, creating fun and educational activities, ensuring safety, and providing a loving environment. I handle household cleaning and meal prep, ensuring everything is tidy and kids have nutritious meals. I'm trained in first aid, so I can handle minor injuries or emergencies.
