I love arts and crafts and enjoy incorporating creativity into playtime. I also have my own clean, safe car and frequently drove the kids I nannied to tutors, practices, and other activities. Arainn was so great with my kids. She took care of my kids which were 9 and 11. Her responsibilities were primarily after school assistance with homework, coordinating after school activities, and even some household tasks. She was great with my son who has ADHD and was just starting middle school and really needed to establish structure and good habits. She was also adored by my daughter and would initiate crafts and other activities to keep her busy. She was incredibly flexible adapting to our ever changing plans and was willing to help in any way. I can vouch for her driving skills. She routinely took my daughter to tennis practice which was about an hour away maneuvering difficult DC traffic, a task I don’t delegate easily. She genuinely cared for my kids (and still does even though she no longer works for us).
