I have been an educator and administrator for over 20 years in both private and public schools here and overseas. I'm also certified in teaching English as a Foreign Language. I will encourage your child to learn and communicate through age appropriate play activities both indoors and outside. I am flexible when plans change. I am both silly and firm. I will encourage safety, handwashing, cleanup, good manners, and any other expectations you have in your home. I have current food handler's and First Aid/CPR certifications. My two children loved having "April visits". Her smile is kind and she always finds creative ways to entertain young minds with things other than screentime. They all went on a "nature walk" in our own backyard to get some fresh air on a nice day. They want to know when I'm busy again so April can come back!
