I am currently a nanny for 3 children (ages 5, 8, and 12). The youngest starts kindergarten therefore I won't be needed in the mornings. I have a long DCF transcript (showing courses taken and certifications earned), I am CPR/First Aid certified (adults and infants). I also have my Directors credential. Hollie is a gem! I am so happy to have found her on Care.com. She is a great caregiver for our 2 year old son, who is always excited to see her. Hollie can handle complex directions, takes initiative when asking about how to handle situations with our son, can redirect a fit or tantrum with ease, and is a fantastic playmate. She understands that children need involvement and engagement, not just to be "watched". She understands how to communicate with our son, and is great at reading books and playing games. I would recommend Hollie without hesitation, and will continue to utilize her excellent skills.
