April has cleaned for me a few times already. She does a really nice job. She sends a reminder the day before and arrives on time. Communication with her is very easy and she replies quickly. Using her services has been very helpful to me. Having April come to my house frees up time so I can concentrate on other responsibilities/projects that need to be done instead of perpetually getting behind on everything!

April is an excellent worker;  very dependable and reliable.   She always does what I ask her to do.   I am a lady in my mid-seventies, so I need April to do things I can no longer accomplish, like scrubbing my floors and cleaning my bathrooms (especially around toilets and shower stalls).  I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I do not recommend hiring April because she did not complete all cleaning discussed, did not respond well about the items missed and her fee was high compared to the quality of her work. The cleaning requested was standard but she did not vacuum the stairs, clean and bleach the kitchen sink, clean the bathroom floor between the toilet and wall and mop obvious dirt off kitchen floor. She responded that she had cleaned everything except the stairs but the dirty sink and floors were obviously not cleaned or not cleaned well. There were a number of other details missed in cleaning such as crumbs on an end table and dust and debris on the floor by couch legs and behind chairs which was also disappointing. She offered to come back to fix the issues but I didn't trust her quality of cleaning and was disappointed she didn't acknowledge or apologize for not doing a complete job and I didn't want her back. Instead I asked her to discount the fee for the things not done or done poorly and she refused. Extremely disappointing-never had such a poor job done by anyone before for basic floor, bathroom and kitchen cleaning.

April just started cleaning for us and we are THRILLED with her services. She is extremely thorough and our house was gleaming when she was done. I can't recommend her highly enough!

April is willing to do most all housekeeping tasks, even straightening up and reorganizing.

April is a hard worker and has helped me out on more than one occasion. I have known her for several years I especially like that she doesn't have to be told what to do, she is responsible enough to do it on her own. She is thorough and honest and anyone who employs her is lucky!

April does a great job cleaning our house. She comes every other week. She does our less used rooms (guest room and guest bathroom) once a month. I don't think our bathrooms have ever been so clean. :-)  I appreciate the way April checks in prior to coming and asks if there is anything we have noticed that we would like changed. Every time I mention something, it is changed the next time she comes.  April has been working in our home when we have both been gone at work and when one of us has been in the house working from home.  Both ways have worked smoothly.  I would definitely recommend April.

I specifically hired April based on her reviews. When she came to my home it was not completely cleaner ready. When I saw what she was completing she had more time so I asked to complete a few additional thing and she suggested next session. I have since did not hear back from her for a follow up.
