About April

Hello! I'm Miss April. I worked in Child Care and in Children's programming for 12 years. I love working with children and enjoy watching them grow into the people they are meant to be. I hold a certificate from a 2 year Early Childhood Education & Care Program, have years of experience with all ages, have 5 nieces & nephews of my own, and have taken a vast array of training and courses over the years. I believe very strongly that children need love & discipline to grow & develop. Discipline - as in a routine, structure, limits, and proper teaching. Often times people look at discipline and see 'punishment', but I prefer to look at the broader context of the word and help a child to learn how to be an active, productive member of society.
