About Aoife

Hi! My name is Aoife, and I am a 19-year-old childcare professional currently studying Psychology for Children. I have been working with kids since I was 14, starting as a summer camp counselor before moving into after-school and assistant teaching roles. Over the past two years, I've gained valuable experience as an associate teacher, working with children from infancy to 13 years old, including those on the autism spectrum. I am passionate about creating meaningful connections with both children and their families, ensuring a nurturing and engaging environment. My goal is to make each child feel safe, supported, and excited to learn through play and structured activities. As I continue my studies, I am looking for a long-term nannying position that allows me to dedicate more time to schoolwork while still doing what I love, caring for and supporting children in their growth and development.
