About Anusha

Hi there! I'm Anu, I'm a rising junior at Kenyon College where I'm majoring in math. A little bit more about me - I enjoy playing tennis and painting, I love pets, and I'm scuba certified (I doubt that'll come in handy if you hire me but you never know!). Most of my experience has involved teaching kids grades 1 through 6. I've volunteered as a teacher's aide at a local elementary school, and I've worked as a private math tutor for middle school (here in NYC). Through these more formal experiences, as well as my many stints babysitting my lovely niece and nephew since they were babies, I've learned a lot about what it takes to not only take care of children, but also to connect with them and make them feel confident in their abilities.
