I interviewed Antwane (Drea) in person and she was great. I felt the need to highlight her because I set up a lot of phone or in person interviews through care.com and I had a lot of sitters fail to show up. She communicated well leading up to and through the interview. Drea also made sure she was there on time and prepared. She was the most professional interview but she also caring and warm to our son. I do think that Drea will be dependable and reliable which I found was rare from the sitters on this site.
