I am a public school Substitute Teacher transitioning to a career in Emergency Medicine as an EMT. As a substitute teacher I work primarily with elementary and high school special education students and ESL (english as a second language) learners. In these settings I do a lot of one-on-one support. I also have spent time tutoring in the past and have a 4yr old and a 10yr old nephew whom I adore. I very much enjoy spending time with children and adults with special needs to give them the care and attention they need and deserve. I have a background in dance and movement education and spend my free time adventuring outdoors and making art.
