I am a public school Substitute Teacher transitioning to a career in Emergency Medicine as an EMT, studying for the national exam and am looking for summer work while school is out. I love children - as a substitute I work primarily with elementary school english as a second language learners and special education students. I have spent time tutoring in the past and have a 4yr old and a 10yr old nephew whom I adore and love to do creative activities with. I have a background in dance and producing creative events, as well as many creative skills including crafting and painting that I love to share with kids for fun and to support them in their learning. I enjoy cooking, nutrition and ensuring a balanced diet. I like to make eating fun for kids. I feel very comfortable with pets and have lived with both cats and dogs.
