I'd describe my personality as empathetic, patient and compassionate Caring for seniors brings me purpose, knowing I'm enhancing lives, forging friendships and making memories. What I'm looking for in a job as a senior caregiver is a Sense of purpose- Knowing I'm making a difference. Also a safe and convenient work environment. Caring for seniors has been my calling since 2005, starting with my beloved grandmother I've cherished supporting three additional seniors, finding immense joy and fulfillment. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family. My top three senior care skills are: 1. Compassionate Communication- Effective listening, empathy, and clear communication to understand seniors needs. 2. Emotional Support- Companionship and stress reduction. 3. Safety and Mobility Support- Fall prevention, transferring, maintaining safe environments.
