About Ann

I am a certified Wilson instructor with over 15 years of experience and specialize in supporting students in Grades 2-12 who are not making sufficient progress with their current intervention. I provide intensive Structured Literacy instruction for students with language-based learning disabilities such as dyslexia. I have 20 years of experience as a special education teacher and Instructional Specialist for Special Education in public schools on the North Shore. I hold a bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa and a master's degree and ESL endorsement from National Louis University. I believe that all students can be successful when given the right tools to learn. My goal is always to help each student discover the techniques and strategies that work best for them.
